Does it work on iPhone and Android?
Yes. HoopStarX is a mobile-first web app that runs in your phone's browser. No App Store or Google Play download is required.
Who can join my team?
A coach can invite players, parents or guardians, and assistant coaches with secure, single-use invitations. A shared join code creates a request that waits for coach approval.
Can I be part of more than one team?
Yes. Use the Team Switcher to move between teams without signing out. Your role is set per team, so you can coach one team and be a parent on another.
How much does HoopStarX cost?
Pricing and plan details have not been announced. There are no published free-plan, trial or team-size terms to promise at this stage.
Who can see our team's information?
Team content is private to its members and governed by their roles. Other teams can't see your roster, posts, videos or stats. Platform support access is role-based and logged.
Are awards and stats entered by players?
Coaches confirm challenge completions and awards, and enter game stats. Players can track their own reps and personal bests in The Lab.
